Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026 — Draft, pending legal review
This policy explains what data AdvancedSecurity Integrity Monitor (the "Service", "we", "us",
"our"), an independently operated service, collects, why, and what rights you have over it.
1. What we collect
- Your Cardano wallet address. This is your account identifier. We never collect
a name, email address, or password — there isn't one to collect, since login works by your wallet
signing a message.
- Target configuration. The names and file paths you register as monitoring
Targets.
- File hashes and, optionally, file names. When an agent reports a check-in,
we store the cryptographic hash of the target's state, and — only if the report includes them —
the specific file paths that were added, removed, or modified. We do not receive or store file
contents.
- Subscription and plan status. Which plan your account is on and how many
targets it's using.
- Standard server logs. IP address, timestamp, and requested URL for each
request, kept for security and troubleshooting purposes.
- A session cookie. Used only to keep you signed in after your wallet signature
is verified. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
2. Blockchain data is public and permanent
A core part of the Service anchors cryptographic hashes — not file contents, file names, or your
wallet address's real-world identity — on the Cardano blockchain. This has two consequences worth
understanding clearly:
- It's public. Anything anchored on-chain is visible to anyone who looks,
the same as any Cardano transaction.
- It's permanent. Blockchain records cannot be edited or deleted — not by you,
and not by us. If you delete your account, previously anchored hash data remains on the Cardano
blockchain indefinitely. We recommend not including personally identifying information in target
names or file paths you expect to be monitored and anchored.
3. How we use this data
To operate the Service: authenticating you, running integrity checks, sending alerts, anchoring
proofs on Cardano, and billing your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for
advertising.
4. Who we share data with
- Blockfrost (or an equivalent Cardano blockchain indexing provider), to read
from and submit transactions to the Cardano network. This involves sending wallet addresses and
hash values, not file contents.
- Google Fonts, used to load the typefaces on this site. Loading a font makes a
request from your browser to Google, which may log your IP address per Google's own privacy
policy. If you'd prefer this not happen, using a browser extension that blocks third-party font
requests will not affect the Service's functionality.
- We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
5. Data retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated off-chain data (target configuration,
check-in history, logs) at any time by contacting us. As explained in Section 2, this cannot remove
data already anchored on the Cardano blockchain.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your
personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these for the data we hold
off-chain, contact info@advancedsecurity.club. See Section 2 for the on-chain limitation.
7. International data transfers
Our infrastructure and the third parties listed in Section 4 may process data in locations other
than where you access the Service from. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate
safeguards for such transfers.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under
16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most
recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or a notice on this page.
10. Contact
