These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AdvancedSecurity Integrity Monitor service (the "Service", "we", "us", "our"), an independently operated service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service hashes files or directories you designate ("Targets"), anchors cryptographic proof of that state on the Cardano blockchain, and alerts you when a Target's current state no longer matches its last anchored baseline. The Service is a detection and evidentiary tool. It does not prevent unauthorized access, intrusion, or modification of your systems, and it is not a substitute for a firewall, antivirus, backup strategy, or other security controls.
Accounts are created and authenticated using a Cardano wallet signature — there is no username or password. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and its private keys. We cannot reset, recover, or transfer access to an account if you lose access to the associated wallet.
You may only add a Target — a file path, directory, server, or service — that you own or are expressly authorized to monitor. You agree not to use the Service to monitor, surveil, or gather information about any system, network, or data you do not have the legal right to access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is being used to monitor unauthorized targets.
Certain features, including deploying an agent against a Target, require an active paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan features are as displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period unless stated otherwise.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues (including the Cardano network and any blockchain indexing service we rely on), or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. The free plan is provided on an "as available" basis with no uptime commitment.
The Service stores file hashes, file paths, and — where you choose to report them — file names associated with detected changes. Do not submit sensitive file contents, secrets, credentials, or personal data of third parties through the Service beyond what is reasonably necessary for integrity monitoring (e.g., file paths and hashes). You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with any data protection obligations that apply to you.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us. You retain all rights to your own data (file paths, hashes, and configuration) submitted to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from a security incident the Service did or did not detect.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or use that poses a risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
